Relationships are built with both the candidate and client company. This means that you have full disclosure in terms of the types of candidates we are considering you for. We do not introduce you to a prospective employee unless both parties have expressed an interest. Once interest is declared, we work at ensuring the best possible fit for both the candidate and the prospective employer.
