We provide technical personnel by using our personal senior industry knowledge. Review our areas of expertise.
I have a posting outside your area of expertise; will you consider my company’s request?
We will consider your request only if it falls within our scope of knowledge.
How involved are we as a company in the recruiting process?
You will be required to initially identify your general needs. We will then carry the burden of searching, screening and short-listing the potential candidates.
Can we hire contractors or permanent employees through Leytes & Associates?
Yes, you can hire contractors or permanent employees through us. We can also arrange to have the candidates work in your office but be directly employed by Leytes and Associates.
Do you offer payroll services that include deductions for employees?
Yes, we do.
We have a candidate for consideration; can we send them to you for screening?
Yes.
How long until I have my position filled?
This will depend on the mutual understanding of the requirements of the position and the availability of the right candidates.
How much will it cost for me to fill my position?
We have a standard fee structure and this can be discussed during our initial meeting.
What methods do you use to recruit talent? Do you posts ads or are we responsible for that?
We recruit using many traditional methods as well as our own unique approaches. We can post ads for you.
