How do I know if I meet the job posting criteria?
Education, work experience and other requirements for all positions are stated within each posting. Please read and understand the specific requirements of each opportunity compared to your own qualifications to determine whether you feel you meet these requirements.
How do I apply for a posting I see on Leytes & Associates?
If you find a career opportunity you feel is a fit, please apply by e-mail at jobs@leytes.ca.
Will I receive confirmation of receipt after submitting my resume?
If we feel you are a fit for the posting you’ve applied for, or for one of our clients, we will contact you.
What is the general recruitment process?
- All resumes received are read and reviewed. Leytes & Associates does not screen using a software-driven database. Rather we review each resume sent to us to assess a fit.
- If we think you’re a fit, we’ll contact you and schedule an interview.
- Following a successful screening and interview process, an offer is made.
What is the best format to use for my resume?
We require that cover letters and resumes be sent to us in Word format by e-mail.
Can I apply for more than one position at a time?
Yes. We encourage you to apply for any and all positions you are interested in. In addition, if you don’t see a posting you feel is a fit please forward your resume to us regardless. We are continuously looking to bring skilled candidates forward to our clients.
What happens to my resume once I have applied?
After evaluating your skills and background, Leytes & Associates may contact you for further information or an interview. Your resume will be remain on file and will be available only to our recruiting team. Please contact us with questions regarding our privacy policy.
I don't see a posted opportunity that is a fit for me. Can I submit my resume for future opportunities?
Yes. If you don’t see a posting you feel is a fit, please forward your resume to us regardless. We are continuously looking to bring skilled candidates forward to our clients.
How long does my application stay active?
Your application will stay active in our pipeline for six months. If there isn’t an immediate fit, that doesn’t mean we won’t contact you in the future should something become available.
